Here at Ko Tiki Terrace we pride ourselves on noticing the little things. The hint of a local ingredient in our sauce, organic salads, and serving the freshest fish possible are a few of the little things we treasure. Every fish for our poke is sourced here on the islands and has never been frozen. Many times it was quite literally swimming just hours prior.
We use a top sirloin steak that is soft and flavorful without any tenderizers and every sauce we use is unique to us as we make each combination in house.
We use heart healthy oils and do not add MSG, corn syrup, or canola oil to any of our recipes.
We source all ingredients that can be sourced from the islands firstly, and what we purchase is of the highest quality, and when possible organic.

We completely understand the traveler's need to get away, so we have produced a take-out package for our meals that maintains the quality of our food wherever you choose to eat. Whether you choose to eat on the balcony of your hotel room, at the beach, or mountain top, our take-out options will take out your hunger!
Of course we always love to see you in person, but even when we can't, we ensure that your dining experience is top notch!
The concept for the menu is a culmination of 15 years of cooking experience and over 35 years of international pacific travel.
The pacific fusion we showcase here is a direct result of Hawaii being a melting pot of culture and cuisine. We love variety and our recipes compliment the unique international flavors with specialties from our soil.
We refuse to compromise on quality in our restaurant. That's why we source our fresh ingredients from the local fish block, local farmers' markets, and use organic when possible. No matter what time of year, you can be sure you're eating the best of the season.
